A Fun Sunny Weekend :)

We had a fun relaxing weekend. Sat. we threw a birthday party for the kids. Those pics will come at a later date ( I forgot my camera) Yes stab me now. It wasn't quite so relaxing for me that day LOL. They had a wonderful time swimming and playing. And got more presents than needed lol. The following day, Father's day we spent the afternoon at my parent's. The kids swam and watched the Padre's Game, and BBQ'd. I had my Camera !!!!

Q got a new life vest swim suit for his birthday he wanted to try out. It made him so brave.


Ok this may be one of my all time Faves of Karlie.






Now every time Q sees the camera he yells CHEEESE!!! I caught the cheese moment lol. What a cutie.


She caught the big one LOL. She made up this story and told it to myself and my mom, about how she caught this huge shark LOL. It was hilarious LOL. I'll have to try and remember it.



Well here is a glimpse at our weekend. Pool, sun, friends, and family. I hope everyone had a great Father's Day weekend.
I hope to have some projects up this week. CHA is coming and I have been a creating fool. But non that I can show yet :(

Happy Memorial Day :)

We got to spend the holiday weekend at the Colorado River. The family was on the water all three days. Our days not ending till close to 8Pm Sat and Sun. LONG DAYS Lol......The kids loved the water and enjoyed playing with their friends. I am so thankful that my parents have a place we can go and spend time as a family.

I got the chance to take some pics this weekend too EEEkKK...That's always a good thing right :)
Well We started with Karlie not getting her way lol. But I couldn't help capturing that moment.

Here is a Pic of hubs...He is growing a monster of a goatee. Not sure if I like it or not. But he is a hottie either way lol.

My little Q the small time he was without his shirt and life vest one. What a cutie :)


The scenery is beautiful and the days were warm. It was so nice that it hadn't reached over 100 degrees.


As you can see our days were long :) Karlie couldn't keeps her eyes open while we were on the boat. It's like rocking a baby to sleep.


As the days wounded down the sun began to set, and a photographer's dream came true....a perfect sunset.

Weekend Fun

Hi all hope everyone had a great weekend. Spent Sat with my family. At the Imperial County Fair. My sister is an Agriculture Teacher for Calexico High school. The kids had a blast with all of the animals and the rides and of course the food LOL. To warn you this is slightly Pic heavy lol. But I took as many pics as possible.


Little Q is starting early on the mutin busting and bull riding LOL Both of these animals have been raised and cared for by high school students of my sisters.



Two baby calfs that have also been raised at the school by her students.

Onto the rides :)










And today I spent it scrapping :) It was raining so what else was I to do LOL This is a LO of Q :) I used My Mind's Eye PP and Pink Paislee PP, Prima flowers and leaves and ScrapFX Diecut gears. I used glimmer mist to alter the colors of the PP and flowers. I sewed and then cut out a frame for the back drop out of the striped paper.
