I was asked by Charity Wings to create a piece of wing art for them. We hope that the prints, and buttons from my piece will help raise money for the great causes they work with. Make sure to join us for their current fundraiser on the weekend of World Card Making Day... Here are all of the details of the event and a raffle for a chance to win some great scrapbooking products!!! The proceeds will help go towards The Charity Wings Art Center, a new venue that will provide a place for people with issues in their lives that need a little bright in their gloom of life-- maybe they are fighting cancer, foster life, or domestic abuse, ect. There will also be an open studio and many Charity Wing events. A place to help charitable causes and share the love of art.
Now for the art of it... This was done on a 12 x12 piece of wood with watercolor pencils, Golden Art Mediums, and Montana Acrylic Pens. I embellished her with Prima embellishments and canvas strands.
Hugs everyone and have a safe weekend.
